Client galleries

Private galleries are provided to the named client for review, selection and approval of their commissioned images. Access links and passcodes are personal to you and must not be shared. How you may use, download and publish delivered images is governed by the licensing terms of your specific commission or quote, not by these Site Terms.

Enquiries and commissions

Submitting an enquiry through the Site does not create a contract or a binding commitment by either party. Any photography engagement is subject to a separate written agreement, quote or booking confirmation, which sets out the scope, deliverables, fees, image-usage licence and other terms.

The Site may include links to, or embeds from, third-party platforms (for example, embedded videos). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices, which are governed by the relevant third party’s terms and policies.
